THE FOOD WAS AWESOME and your help was appreciated beyond measure! We had over 170 people at Jon’s grad party and every one of the asked about the food and commented on how good it was. Thank you for your portion help… you are very good at what you do… I had 13 pans of food with only parts of 3 left over (which I froze!). You were so right to advise me to cut down the pasta salad – I would have be eating petrified pasta past Christmas, had I not listened to you. Once again – Everything was perfect and you are much appreciated!
